I don't see how a little Sea Foam in the gas would hurt anything, might clean the injectors. Seems like Project Farm might have gotten equal or slightly more benefit from Marvel Mystery oil. In fact, I think the term 'stabilizer' comes from the fact that your oil pressure won't go as low at idle when the engine is warm, so the oil pressure is more 'stable.' In a worn engine, it will usually increase oil pressure throughout the rev range.

But I wonder if it might work for the guys with turbo motors to have benefits similar to the walnut blasting they use to clean up the intake. I don't think I would do that until possibly very late in life. They were pouring it down the intake, however. If you still want to use Lucas, you could put in 5 quarts (one jug) and then add Lucas. 5 quarts gets me to the min, 6 quarts gets me to the max. Lucas Oil has warned that many cars will require some extra protection following confirmation of government plans to make E10 petrol the standard 95-octane grade by September 2021.
